Blender #3 vibration alarm
Blender #3 triggered high vibration alarm at 14:32. Operator reduced speed from 120 RPM to 90 RPM. Vibration levels dropped below alarm threshold. Maintenance has been notified to inspect bearing assembly on next scheduled downtime. Monitor closely - if alarm returns, shut down and tag out.

Break room AC not working
Break room A/C unit (RTU-BR-1) in the blending building is not cooling. Temperature in break room reached 82F. Reported to facilities. Temporary portable fan placed in break room. Workers are advised to take breaks in the QC lab break room if needed (air conditioning working). Facilities ETA for repair is tomorrow morning.
