Overtime approval needed for weekend
Extraction department needs 4 operators for Saturday day shift (0600-1800) to complete batch E-2024-156 which is behind schedule due to solvent delivery delay. Overtime request form submitted to plant manager. Please confirm approved operators by Thursday EOD so we can post the schedule. Volunteers: J. Rodriguez, M. Garcia, T. Wilson, R. Martinez, P. Lee.
Extraction solvent delivery delayed
Scheduled delivery of hexane solvent from ChemSupply Corp was delayed due to trucking issue. New ETA is tomorrow morning 0800. Current tank level at 35% which is sufficient for approximately 18 hours of operation. Procurement has been notified. If level drops below 20%, reduce extraction rate by 50%.
