Fermentation batch F-2024-089 pH drift

Batch F-2024-089 in reactor R-203 showing gradual pH drift from 5.2 to 5.8 over last 4 hours. Added 2L of phosphoric acid buffer at 16:00 - pH returned to 5.3. QC has pulled a sample for analysis. Next pH check in 2 hours. If pH exceeds 6.0, contact process engineer on call immediately.

Shift handover: reactor temp stable at 185F

Reactor R-201 fermentation batch F-2024-088 running normally. Temperature stable at 185F for last 6 hours. Agitator running at 60 RPM. Dissolved oxygen at 4.2 ppm. Next sampling due at 0200. All other reactors are in CIP or standby mode. Nothing unusual to report for incoming shift.
