Pilot batch scale-up parameters

Pilot batch PB-2024-033 (citrus flavor #7 reformulation) completed successfully. Key parameters for scale-up: mixing time 45 min at 85 RPM, temperature hold at 155F for 20 min, pH target 4.2. Yield was 94.3%. Full documentation in lab notebook LN-445 pages 112-118. Ready for production scale trial when scheduling permits.
